STC adopts the AS 4801 OHS management systems and quality within ISO 9001/2 requirements ensuring our client’s assets and employees are kept safe within the working environment. We comply with all countries mining and construction regulations and ensure that our employees are well versed in all HSE safety and management plans.

We have our internal generic QC and QA manuals which are adopted for every project which may have its own specific client requirements.

In addition to our own HSE Management plan our belief is to have all our employees work closely with client appointed safety officers and inducted to ensure injury free hours on site.

Our staff are well versed and have experienced working conditions in remotest parts of Africa , we understand the logistics and challenges of such projects demands and maintain the same quality and safety standards no matter where operations are situated.
